Tasting Note
Bright, precise Sauvignon Blanc with kaffir lime, passionfruit, pink grapefruit, elderflower and green bell pepper; wet-stone minerality, vibrant acidity and slightly oily texture, finishing crystalline and persistent.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; ~92% destemmed, ~8% whole-bunch pressed; fermented in stainless steel and French oak (barriques/cubes), partial new oak (c.3–10%); aged ~3 months on lees for texture.
