Production Method
Hand‑harvested fruit from Te Muna Road parcels; substantial whole‑bunch component (around 60–63%), fermented in open‑top stainless and French oak cuves with indigenous yeasts; matured ~11–14 months in French oak (≈34–36% new). Lightly fined; bottled under screwcap.
