Tasting Note

Botrytis-driven honey, apricot, candied citrus and white flowers with exotic fruit and ginger; bright citrus-pith acidity and minerality lift a rich, long, energetic finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested in multiple passes for noble rot; fermented and aged ~18 months in French oak barrels (approx. 50% new).
