Tasting Note
Aromas of red cherries, raspberry and plum with smoky spice, tobacco and forest floor. Silky texture, bright acidity, fine tannins and a long, spicy finish with subtle earthy-mushroom notes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from Casablanca; cold soak and gentle extraction, fermentation in small vats, aged ~14 months in French oak barrels and large foudres. Estate practices certified organic and sustainable.

Viña Cono Sur (est. 1993) is a major Chilean producer known for sustainable and organic practices. Ocio is its flagship Pinot Noir, sourced largely from the old El Triángulo/Coastal Casablanca vines.
