Tasting Note
Intense ruby; ripe blackberries, damson and plum with black pepper, spice and cocoa. Velvety, full-bodied palate with concentrated dark fruit, soft rounded tannins and a long chocolate-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled or roasted red meats, lamb chops, BBQ ribs, mature cheeses (Gorgonzola, aged cheddar). Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Peking/roast duck, Sichuan pepper beef, spicy ramen.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Limarí fruit; fermented and matured in French oak barrels and foudres (≈75% barrels / 25% foudre) for ~16–17 months, brief stainless-steel resting before bottling. Certified organic (Ecocert).

Cono Sur (est. 1993, part of Viña Concha y Toro) produces terroir-driven wines; 20 Barrels is a limited-edition line sourced from Los Almendros estate in Limarí Valley.
