Blackcurrant, blackberry and dark plum with cedar, eucalyptus and black pepper; medium–full body, firm dusty tannins, toasted oak spice and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit, small-batch fermentation in stainless steel, selected best barrels; aged ~10–14 months in French oak (portion new).
