Tasting Note
Pale yellow with golden highlights. Citrus and white flowers with vanilla and toasted oak. Fresh, structured palate, bright acidity, silky texture and a long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Seafood paella, shellfish risotto, grilled white fish, sushi and sashimi, tempura, steamed fish with ginger-soy, roasted chicken in light cream sauce, foie gras, creamy and semi-cured cheeses.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Viura. Fermented on lees in fine-grain French oak barrels for ~3 months with weekly bâtonnage; aged 6 months in the same barrels and bottled after ~12 months bottle rest.

Bodegas Ollauri (Conde de los Andes) — historic Rioja Alta estate founded 1896; brand revived under Murúa/Muriel Wines in 2014, sourcing old-vine plots from Ollauri, Haro and Briñas.
