Tasting Note
Pale yellow with golden highlights. Citrus and white-flower aromatics with vanilla and light toasty oak. Structured, fresh acidity and silky texture; juicy, enveloping and persistent finish.
Food Pairing
Seafood paella, shellfish risotto, grilled fish, light seafood pasta, sushi and sashimi, tempura, grilled white meats with light sauces, creamy or semi-cured cheeses, Asian seafood dishes and mild Thai curries.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Viura. Fermented in fine-grain French oak (half new), aged on lees with weekly bâtonnage for three months, six months in barrel and at least one year bottle ageing.
