Tasting Note
Light golden. Aromas of white flowers, acacia, lemon, quince, honey and toasted biscuit with fine vanilla. Palate shows fresh acidity, smooth unctuous texture, notes of fennel, orange peel and ripe orchard fruit with a gentle bitter finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, pork loin, mushroom risotto, grilled sea bass, aged Manchego, tapas. Asian: miso‑glazed cod, seared tuna sashimi, yakitori, sushi/steamed white fish, Chinese steamed fish with ginger and scallion.
Production Method
Early harvest Viura and Malvasía; fermented and aged a minimum 24 months in used American oak (mainly 225L); bottled directly from barrel and rested at least two years in the winery cellars.
