Tasting Note
Concentrated dark cherry and blackberry, floral lift, cassis, mineral spice and toasted oak. Silky texture, fresh acidity and polished tannins with a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef ribeye, aged cheeses, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Peking duck, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki-glazed dishes.

Production Method
Field blend harvested from old vines; fermented in stainless steel and matured 18–22 months in French oak (mix of new and used); minimal intervention and sustainable/organic viticulture.
