Perfumed red and black cherry, plum, violet, clove and sous‑bois. Medium-bodied with ripe core, chalky minerality, firm, drying tannins and spice from oak; persistent, savory finish.

Western: roast lamb, duck confit, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu or soy‑glazed pork, miso‑marinated salmon, shiitake mushroom stir‑fry.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested Pinot Noir; traditional Burgundian vinification with a high proportion of whole‑cluster fermentation, native yeasts, cold maceration and 12–20 months élevage in French oak barrels; often bottled unfined/unfiltered.
