Tasting Note
Fresh red cherry and raspberry, wild strawberry, floral violet notes, light spice and gentle earthiness. Silky, supple texture with bright acidity, delicate tannins and a mineral-edged, refreshing finish.

Production Method
Co-fermented Pinot Noir and Gamay (field blend), whole-cluster/long maceration, low-intervention vinification, matured in mostly used oak with a small percentage new wood, bottled unfiltered.
