Tasting Note

Pale straw. Lime, green apple, grapefruit and pear with white flowers and a hint of white chocolate. Bright, mineral-driven acidity with an oily, old‑vine texture; medium-bodied, clean and persistent citrus finish.


Food Pairing

Western: oysters, shellfish, ceviche, grilled white fish, roast chicken, goat cheese, fresh salads. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai or Vietnamese fish curries and light seafood stir‑fries.


Production Method

Sourced from Pommard, Volnay and old Meursault vines. Grapes picked slightly late ('d’Orée') and fermented/aged partly in large 600‑L demi‑muids and oak (≈50%) and partly in stainless tank (≈50%); minimal fining/filtration on some releases.

Domaine Comte Armand (Pommard) — family-owned since 1828, famed for the Clos des Épeneaux monopole. ~9–10 ha, long-standing organic/biodynamic practices; Paul Zinetti leads winemaking (mid‑2010s onward).
