Tasting Note
Pale straw with citrus, peach and honeydew aromas; mouth‑filling orchard fruit and pear flavours, crisp tangy acidity and a clean mineral finish, medium‑rich and food‑friendly.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled white fish, seafood pasta, chicken, light risottos, salads, soft cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Thai green papaya salad, Vietnamese spring rolls, lightly spiced Chinese stir‑fries.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested, cold fermentation in stainless steel (~18°C) with part fermented in large oak casks; aged on fine lees for several months before blending and bottling.
