Tasting Note
Pale straw with green hues. Aromas of quince, pear, peach and honeydew melon. Medium-rich palate with orchard fruit, citrus lift, tangy acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Fish and chips, grilled white fish, shrimp and shellfish, seafood salad, chicken pasta bake, light cream pastas, soft cheeses; Asian: sushi/sashimi, Thai seafood salad, mild curry, stir-fried vegetables with seafood.
Production Method
Cold fermentation in stainless steel at ~18°C; part fermented in large oak casks. Both components refined separately on fine lees for ~6 months then blended and bottled.
