Tasting Note
Pale straw with green reflections. Aromas of pineapple, mango, citrus and alpine herbs. Fresh, mineral-driven palate with light lees creaminess, lively acidity and a clean, medium finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled/baked white fish, seafood pasta, shellfish, roasted chicken, mushroom risotto, pork scaloppine. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, steamed fish, mild Thai or Chinese seafood dishes.

Production Method
Fermented mainly in stainless steel at controlled temperatures (~18°C); a small portion fermented/aged in large wooden casks. Aged several months on fine lees.
