Tasting Note
Straw-yellow with green reflections. Aromas of citrus, pear and white flowers. Dry, balanced palate with fresh acidity, mineral lift and a savory, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled fish, shellfish, seafood pasta, risotto, goat cheese, light salads. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Thai or Vietnamese fish dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes, soft pressing to obtain free-run must, fermented 10–12 days at 16–18°C in stainless steel; early bottling to preserve freshness.
