Tasting Note
Intense ruby with violet hues; ripe blackberries, Amarena cherry, vanilla and spice. Velvety, ripe tannins, dark-berry and blood-orange notes, elegant yet powerful with a long, fruity-spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled or roasted red meats (steak, lamb), braised beef, aged pecorino, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Szechuan beef, teriyaki beef, Peking duck, stir‑fried shiitake and oyster sauce dishes.

Production Method
Varieties fermented separately in stainless steel with ~20 days maceration; malolactic in concrete, then aged ~12 months in French oak (Merlot partly in 500L tonneaux); blended and bottle-aged.
