Tasting Note
Concentrated cherry and plum with leather, tobacco, dried herbs, cedar and forest-floor notes. Firm ripe tannins, spicy oak influence and a long, savory finish with lingering mineral and balsamic accents.

Western: Bistecca alla Fiorentina, roasted lamb, braised beef, game (wild boar), mushroom risotto, aged Pecorino and salumi. Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese roast pork/char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), soy-glazed short ribs, umami-rich Japanese mushroom dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Sangiovese; extended maceration and traditional fermentation; aged 3–4 years in large Slavonian and French oak casks (botti), followed by bottle aging.
