Tasting Note
Blanc de Noirs with ripe pear, stewed and dried red-fruit notes, green almond, steamed rice, subtle plum-skin/rhubarb bitterness, fine minerality and creamy mousse. Rounded yet precise, with a persistent, savory finish.
