Tasting Note
Light-to-medium red with bright cherry, red plum and wild berry, subtle smoke, floral spice and mineral notes, lively acidity, fine soft tannins and a savory, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, charcuterie, duck breast, pork ragu, mushroom risotto. Asian: teriyaki or miso-glazed salmon, yakitori, pork gyoza, soy-braised pork, Korean-style bulgogi.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Zweigelt; usually de-stemmed and fermented with indigenous yeast; matured in used and some new oak (and in some releases partly in Georgian qvevri); bottled unfiltered with minimal SO2.
