Tasting Note

Perfumed red fruit (cherry, pomegranate) with pine-needle, rose petal, lavender, red tea, spice and saline sea-spray minerality. Bright acidity, chalky tannins, medium-bodied and long, clean finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; 40% whole-cluster fermentation; aged ~12 months in French oak (estimate ~30% new); minimal-intervention; no-till/organic farming at vineyard.
