Tasting Note
Waxy maritime core with honeyed vanilla, dried fruits (raisins, sultana), orange peel, toasted macadamia/hazelnut and gentle spice from Oloroso finish; medium-long, salty‑sweet finish.

Production Method
Pot-distilled single malt from malted barley; matured ~14 years in oak then double-matured (finished) in Oloroso/Oloroso Seco sherry casks; typically chill-filtered and caramel-colored at bottling.

Clynelish Distillery (near Brora) dates to the original 1819 site with a new distillery built 1967; now owned by Diageo and supplies single malt and blending stocks (including Johnnie Walker).
