Tasting Note
Honeyed caramel, vanilla and beeswax lead, with maritime mineral notes, citrus zest and light peppery spice. Waxy, oily mouthfeel and a long, warm, slightly salty finish.

Production Method
Matured exclusively in first-fill American ex-bourbon oak casks and bottled at natural cask strength (unreduced), non-chill filtered.
