Tasting Note

Open, expressive nose of hedgerow fruits, rose petal and sun-warmed cherry. Silky texture, summer berries, soft spice and subtle savoury oak; long, elegant finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast duck, herb‑crusted lamb, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, grilled salmon. Asian: Peking duck, teriyaki or miso‑glazed salmon, Korean BBQ, shiitake mushroom dishes, soy‑glazed pork.


Production Method

De-stemmed grapes fermented in open-top fermenters with wild yeast; ~5% whole bunches; pressed and matured 11 months in French oak.
