Tasting Note

Grenache-driven with bright cherry, raspberry and black-plum fruit, layered with garrigue, peppery herbs and subtle leather. Medium-full body, silky tannins and lively acidity, finishing long and savory.

Production Method

Hand-harvested fruit, concrete fermentation with extended maceration, élevage primarily in large foudres with some concrete, steel and old barrels; minimal new oak, traditional techniques.
