Tasting Note
Blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with violets, Indian spice, cigar-box and tobacco. Medium–full body, bright freshness, firm fine-grained tannins and a long, mineral-laced finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in wooden vats, stainless steel and cement; 15–25 day maceration; aged ~16–18 months in French oak (≈55% new).
