Citrus and dried-peach fruit with nougat, white flowers and saline/mineral undertones; medium‑to‑full body, fresh acidity and a creamy, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; slow pneumatic pressing, cold settling by gravity; fermentation in stainless steel, cement and a small portion of French oak; aged 6–7 months on lees with bâtonnage.
