Perfumed dark-berry and floral aromatics with black pepper, spice, cocoa and licorice; plush concentrated palate, ripe dark fruit, powdery tannins and a long savory finish.

Production Method
6% Viognier co‑fermented with Shiraz; fermented on skins, matured ~18 months in French oak barrels; low-yield hand-harvested fruit.
