Tasting Note
Honeyed apricot, orange blossom and quince with candied citrus, toasted almond and saline minerality. Silky, viscous palate with vibrant acidity and botrytis spice, finishing long, fresh and precise.

Western: foie gras, Roquefort/blue cheeses, tarte tatin, roast poultry. Asian: spicy Thai or Szechuan dishes, Peking duck, rich sushi or tempura with dipping sauces.
Production Method
Hand-harvested in multiple passes selecting botrytized berries; fermented in French oak (30–40% new) and aged about 20–22 months in barrel.
Vineyard Info
Premier Cru Classé (1855) in Barsac; ~27–29 ha planted solely to Sémillon. Owned/managed long by the Lurton family (later sold in 2022); estate adopted biodynamic viticulture from 2010.
