Tasting Note

Luscious honeyed apricot, marmalade and candied citrus with orange blossom and botrytis. Silky, concentrated palate with bright balancing acidity, mineral streak and a long, citrus-tinged finish.

Western: foie gras, Roquefort/blue cheese, crème brûlée, tarte tatin. Asian: spicy Thai curry, Peking duck, hoisin or soy‑glazed dishes, spicy Szechuan or Cantonese sweet‑savory dishes.


Production Method

100% Sémillon; hand‑harvested in successive passes selecting botrytised berries, gentle pressing, fermented in French oak barrels (portion new) and aged ~18–24 months.
