Tasting Note
Intense ruby-red. Floral top notes lead to ripe black and red fruits with sunlit freshness. Fleshy, concentrated palate with moderate, velvety tannins and a mouth-watering finish that balances power and finesse.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled beef, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese roast pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), beef or lamb rendang, mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification. Grapes fermented, blended (Merlot/Cabernet Franc/Cabernet Sauvignon), matured with selected French oak when appropriate and cellared in Bordeaux until ready for release.
