Tasting Note
Bright ruby-red; fresh aromas of red fruit, blackcurrant and cherry. Palate is vivacious with silky fine tannins, mineral backbone, subtle spice and a long, clean finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast beef, lamb, duck, grilled steak, braised short ribs, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Peking duck, char siu, beef teriyaki, mushroom hot pot.

Blended from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc; fermented and vinified by Domaine Clarence Dillon team, minimal/no oak ageing, cellared and released when ready.
