Tasting Note
Crisp citrus and white-peach aromas with orange blossom and chamomile; palate shows grapefruit, lychee and pear, mouthwatering minerality, medium body and a spicy, lightly phenolic finish with a long, vivacious aftertaste.
Food Pairing
Western: oysters, grilled sea bass, roasted chicken with lemon, goat cheese, seafood linguine. Asian: sashimi/sushi, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai shrimp salad, light Chinese scallion fish, Japanese tempura.
Production Method
Blend sourced from Bordeaux AOC plots; varieties vinified separately, fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, aged briefly on lees for texture; primarily stainless-steel maturation with selective use of French oak when appropriate.
