Tasting Note
Golden-amber dessert wine with pineapple, papaya, honeyed apricot, orange marmalade and beeswax. Rich and velvety on the palate, balanced by brisk acidity and minerality; lively, honeyed finish.
Food Pairing
Western: foie gras, blue/soft cheeses, tarte tatin and fruit-based desserts. Asian: mango sticky rice, seared scallops with miso, Peking duck, mildly spicy Thai or Cantonese dishes.
Production Method
Blend of late-harvest and botrytised (noble rot) Sémillon and Muscadelle; selectively hand-harvested. Fermented at controlled temperatures and matured to preserve acidity and balance (stainless steel/neutral oak estimated).
