Tasting Note
Salmon-pink; ripe red fruit, white peach and strawberry with light smoky, spicy oak; broad, oily mid-palate and a long, creamy, fine-wood finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Garnacha and Tempranillo; short maceration, bled for free-run must; fermented and aged 9–12 months in 225L French oak barrels on lees with occasional bâtonnage.
