Tasting Note
Rich, layered nose of dried fruit, dark chocolate, orange zest, vanilla and gentle smoke. Palate offers toffee, butterscotch, sultana and warm spice with a smooth, creamy texture and a long, warming oak-spice finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, blue cheese, roast beef, lamb or grilled steak. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), teriyaki salmon, spicy Sichuan beef, yakitori.

Production Method
Blended Scotch: over 20 single malts and grain whiskies, each matured at least 18 years in oak casks, married and rested, then reduced and bottled at 40% ABV.
