Ripe blackcurrant, plum and blackberry with floral violet, cedar and sweet spice; silky tannins, medium–full body and long, graphite-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats; aged ~16–18 months in French oak (≈30% new for the second wine).
