Tasting Note
Golden-yellow Roussanne showing apricot, candied orange, honey, fresh almond and bergamot; broad, juicy texture with spicy citrus, tangy rhubarb and a mineral, slightly bitter finish.

Food Pairing
Western: scallops, shellfish, rich white fish, creamy risotto, roast chicken, soft cheeses. Asian: mild Thai coconut curry, Vietnamese grilled fish, soy-cured fish/sushi, lightly spiced Chinese seafood.

Production Method
Hand-harvested at ~400–420m with strict sorting; only first-press juice used; fermented and raised in tulip-shaped concrete vats with minimal intervention and limited fining/filtration.

Château des Tourettes, acquired and developed by Jean‑Marie Guffens in the late 1990s; Tinus is the estate's top white range from replanted limestone sites on the Plateau de l'Aigle.
