Tasting Note
Golden-yellow Roussanne showing apricot, candied orange, honey, fresh almond and bergamot; broad, juicy texture with spicy citrus, tangy rhubarb and a mineral, slightly bitter finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested at ~400–420m with strict sorting; only first-press juice used; fermented and raised in tulip-shaped concrete vats with minimal intervention and limited fining/filtration.
