Tasting Note
Crunchy green apple, grapefruit and passion fruit with white flowers, beeswax and roasted-nut notes. Fresh, citrus-driven acidity, light-to-medium body and a crisp mineral finish—ideal as an aperitif.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, grilled white fish, goat cheese, roast chicken. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Thai or Cantonese seafood dishes.

Sustainably farmed (HVE, ISO14001). Blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle; temperature-controlled fermentation (stainless steel) with short lees contact; bottled young.
