Tasting Note

Bright redcurrant and black cherry with plum, subtle cedar, chalky mineral and savory earth. Medium–full-bodied with silky, medium-round tannins, fresh acidity and a long, savory finish.

Western: roast lamb, duck confit, beef stew, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, bulgogi/Korean BBQ, savory mushroom stir‑fry.


Production Method

Destemmed Merlot fermented in stainless steel with soft extraction; matured ~12 months in oak (c.30% new in typical élevage though 2017 reports minimal new oak).
