Tasting Note
Concentrated Viognier: apricot, peach, honeysuckle, white‑tea and honeyed stone fruit with saline/mineral lift, confit lemon‑peel and toasted‑nut savoury notes. Very full-bodied, textural and long.

Food Pairing
Western: truffled foie gras, roasted turbot, braised lobster, scallops, Bresse chicken in cream, almond or honey desserts. Asian: spicy‑sweet Thai curries, Sichuan prawns, richer sushi (with mayo/soy), Cantonese dim sum with ginger‑soy, Vietnamese caramelised fish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested Viognier; gentle, slow pressing; separate vinification in barrels and vats; ~18 months in French oak with a low percentage of new oak. Biodynamic practices in place.

Vineyard Info
Monopole AOC (≈3.5–3.8 ha) on steep south‑facing granite terraces; vines ~40–45 years old. Estate owned by Artemis/François Pinault since 2011.
