Tasting Note
Deep lemon-gold color; aromas of lemon zest, red apple and peach with toasted oak, honey and hazelnut. Creamy lees texture, lively acidity, full-bodied with integrated oak and a hint of butterscotch.

Western: roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, creamy pasta, grilled salmon. Asian: Cantonese roast pork, miso‑glazed cod, Thai coconut curry, scallop dim sum.

Production Method
Gentle pressing, cold clarification/stabilization; fermentation in French oak barrels; aged on lees in French oak for about 8 months.

Produced by Canaan Winery (Chapter and Verse) in Huailai County, Zhangjiakou, Hebei. Estate vineyards include Site 16 (North Mountain) at 920–1,050m; winery developed from Sino‑French viticultural projects and manages several hundred hectares.
