Tasting Note
Coppery-pink spritz with bright bitter-orange and blood-orange citrus, herbal notes, cinnamon/star-anise spice and light pastry/toast. Fine bubbles, balanced sweet-bitter palate and refreshing acidity for a crisp, easy-drinking aperitif.

Spicy Asian dishes (Thai curry, Szechuan), sushi/sashimi, ceviche, tempura, grilled prawns, Vietnamese spring rolls; western pairings: aged cheddar, charcuterie, roasted chicken, salads, tapas, dried fruits and nuts.

Production Method
Sparkling wine base (Chardonnay/Pinot Noir/Semillon) blended with a house-made bitter-orange liqueur from macerated Valencia oranges, dried orange peel, herbs and spices; dosed after secondary fermentation to create a ready-to-serve spritz. No artificial colours or flavours.
