Tasting Note
Red and black cherry, wild raspberry and plum with violet/rose florals, forest-floor and mineral notes; silky, fine tannins, medium body and a savory, lingering finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; mostly whole-bunch harvesting and fermentation, vinified with minimal intervention (no pumps, limited/ no SO2), aged ~18 months in French oak (predominantly used barrels, small % new).
