Tasting Note
Bright red cherry, raspberry and Morello fruit with violet perfume, subtle white-pepper spice and iron-mineral notes. Earthy underpinnings, soft oak spice, medium body, fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity; moderate length with an elegant, savoury finish.

Production Method
