Tasting Note
Bright red cherry and raspberry with rose petal, warm spice, subtle dark chocolate and earthy mineral notes; medium-full body, powdery tannins and long, focused finish.

Production Method
Biodynamically farmed fruit; spontaneous/native yeast fermentation (often with whole clusters) in concrete/wood vats; aged 15–18 months in used oak, minimal SO2, unfined and often unfiltered.

Family estate since 1834 run by Claude and François de Nicolay; ~13.7 ha across Savigny, Pernand and Aloxe; converted to organic then biodynamic farming in 2005–2008.
