Tasting Note
Ripe white peach, pineapple and lemon rind with chalky minerality, waxy texture and a saline, long finish. Full-bodied, rounded and accessible from early drinking yet with depth for ageing.

Hand-harvested Chardonnay; vinified without pumps or added sulphites; aged 20–30 months on lees in 10 hl tuns and demi-muids; biodynamic vineyard practices.
