Tasting Note

Straw-gold with complex notes of baked apple, citrus peel, toasted almond, buttered brioche, candied yellow fruit and subtle spice. Fresh, concentrated palate with nutty, buttery and citrus flavors and a long, saline finish.

Western: oysters, lobster, smoked salmon, creamy poultry, soft-ripened cheeses (Brie, triple-cream). Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, grilled scallop with yuzu, crab miso, delicate dim sum.
