Tasting Note
Citrus and green apple with white flowers, flinty minerality and sea-spray salinity; hints of pineapple and roasted hazelnut, subtle toasty oak, vibrant acidity and a long saline finish.

Production Method
Cold static settling; alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels and vats; aged ~12 months on fine lees in a mix of stainless-steel and barrels, with light oak influence.
